Terms of Service (General Terms and Conditions)
1. Scope of Services: TUSIONA's trainers and experts offer specialized training for universities, preparatory courses for nursing staff, and preparatory courses for nursing training in Germany. Our services include specialized language training, documentation workshops, and career coaching.
2. No Job or Visa Guarantee. TUSIONA is an association of trainers and experts, NOT a recruitment agency and NOT a visa consultancy. We do not guarantee employment and do not issue visas. Successful completion of the course does not guarantee an employment contract or entry into Germany.
3. Payment & Prices The course fee is based on the current prices listed on the website. Payment must be made in full via our official payment provider (Wise) before the start of the course or coaching session.
4. Cancellation Policy
Full refund: Possible up to 14 days before the start of the course or consultation/coaching appointment.
Partial refund (50%): Possible between 13 days and 48 hours before the start of the course or consultation/coaching appointment.
No refunds: No refunds will be given after the course has started or in case of no-show.
5. Copyright All course materials and documents from TUSIONA are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only. Distribution or resale is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer TUSIONA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or a participant's inability to obtain a visa or employment.
