General Terms and Conditions (GTC) Section 1 Scope of Application (1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the provider (an American company) and the customer regarding the booking of online coaching programs and digital content. (2) Any differing terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing. Section 2 Subject Matter of the Contract (1) The subject matter of the contract is the provision of online coaching services and, where applicable, the provision of digital content. (2) The exact scope of services is defined in the respective coaching program, the offer description, and any supplementary information on the website or during the booking process. (3) No specific economic, personal, or health-related outcome is guaranteed. Section 3 Conclusion of Contract (1) The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to book. (2) The contract is concluded as soon as the customer has completed the booking process and receives a confirmation email of the purchase. (3) Upon conclusion of the contract, the customer is obligated to pay the agreed fee. Section 4 Services and Implementation of Coaching (1) Coaching takes place exclusively online via the communication methods chosen by the provider. (2) Appointments and access data will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner. (3) The customer is responsible for ensuring the technical requirements for participation in the online coaching. Section 5 Cancellations and Unused Services (1) Booked coaching appointments are binding. (2) Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. (3) In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment or in the case of a no-show, the full fee will be charged. (4) If appointments are repeatedly canceled or missed by the customer, there is no entitlement to replacement or make-up appointments. The affected appointments will be forfeited without replacement. (5) There is no entitlement to a refund of payments already made. Section 6 Termination of Coaching (1) If the client terminates a coaching program or individual sessions prematurely, there is no entitlement to a refund. (2) An exception may be made only in cases of proven medical necessity. In this case, a medical certificate is required.
